How Shipping Works

All Infiniti parts ordered before 4:30 pm EST will be shipped the same day, unless there is a problem with your payment. We may be able to ship up until 4:30 pm PST for our West Coast clients, depending on part availability. Two day service does not begin the day you order. Day one is the day after your shipment leaves our warehouse. Your order should arrive on day two. Weekends and Holidays are excluded.

How Infiniti Accelerated Into the Future

Infiniti got it's start back in 1985 when Nissan decided to implement a task force to develop a new performance luxury brand. Toyota and Honda were also developing and producing their own luxury lines during this time as well. Nissan?s idea behind their luxury line was to create an experience which not only included the product, but also the purchase and entire ownership process. This experience would later become known as the Infiniti Total Ownership Experience.

Customer-Centric Philosophy

Infiniti Total Ownership is a customer-centric philosophy that was influenced by non-automotive high end companies such as the Four Seasons, Nordstrom and Federal Express. Infinity set itself apart by offering an unheard of amenity of free service loan cars to their customers. Infinity was officially named and launched in 1987, with sales in the US beginning in 1989. They launched their line with the Q45 performance sedan and the M30 performance coupe. Those two models along with the Infiniti Total Ownership Experience earned Infiniti the highest rank in J.D. Power and Associates Customer Service Index study three times.

Twenty Year Milestone

Infiniti just celebrated a milestone 20 year anniversary in 2009 and released a limited edition Anniversary lineup of vehicles. Infiniti's initial 1990 year lineup of cars included the M30 and Q45 but has since grown to five nameplates including three different body styles of the G. The 2010 Infiniti G37 will be the Anniversary Edition and will include only 350 sedans, 200 coupes and 200 convertibles being produced. Infiniti set out to give the anniversary edition vehicles exclusivity by adding features to make them the sportiest and most distinctive Infiniti models offered. Infiniti has continued to impress it's customers over the years offering luxury sedans, coupes and SUVs. Infiniti continues to be a success offering its customers an all over luxurious car buying experience.

Company Background

All Infiniti Parts is a division of Hirsch Industries, Inc. It was established as an auto recycling and repair operation in 1991 in Phoenix, Arizona. The recycling and repair divisions were sold in 2004 and we now ship new Infiniti components within the continental United States from centrally located warehouses in the United States. Our offices are still in Arizona however we are sorry to say we do not warehouse within the Phoenix area.
